Learn and Serve Tampa provides K-12 youth with opportunities for meaningful community service and empowers youth to be service leaders in their community. We envision a world where service opportunities are readily available, accessible, and inclusive, and provide spaces for developing leadership skills and civic engagement in personally meaningful community service. Our priority strategic goal is to provide a positive service experience for youth and families on or near the three nationally recognized Days of Service, 9/11 Day of Service and Remembrance (September 11 annually), Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service (3rd Monday in January), and Global Youth Service Day/Month (mid-April to Mid-May).
