Realize the Dream: Youth Team Food Drive MLK Week of Service 2025

Learn and Serve Tampa is partnering with Feeding Tampa Bay and United Way Suncoast to present a youth-focused planning guide for a nonperishable collection and food insecurity awareness project to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. This is a great opportunity for youth service leaders, teachers, or even teens, who are interested in planning a project for MLK Day of Service in January. Put together a team where members would:

  • Host, plan or join a service project that will occur between January 6-24.
  • Ensure the opportunity provides a minimum of one hour of volunteer service.

Anyone interested should review this project guide for detailed information and contact Kristy Verdi with Learn and Serve Tampa with any questions (813-727-9813 or kverdi@learnandservetampa.org).
