All Faiths Food Bank Mobile Pantry: MLK Week of Service 2025 [DES]
United Way Suncoast is excited to share this opportunity with one of our strategic community partners as part of our annual MLK Jr. Week of Service.
All Faiths Food Bank is looking for volunteers to help out at their drive-thru mobile pantry at 7th Day Adventist Church. Volunteers are needed on January 16 from 9-11:30am. Clients will pull up in their vehicles and volunteers will load pre-boxed food into their trunks. Please be aware that heavy lifting and bending is involved. If you have any physical concerns, please keep this in mind before signing up.
Additional Requirements:
- Stand for 2 hours
- Be able to lift 10 - 35 lbs.
- Closed-toe shoes only
- Follow dress code according to AFFB Hand Book (no tank tops, offensive clothing, etc.)
