Clearwater Police Department
The Clearwater Police Department is looking for civic-minded citizens who are willing to volunteer their time to improve the quality of life in their community.
Available Positions:
- Patrol
- Data Input
- General Administration
Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- High school graduate or G.E.D
- No criminal history
- At least 4 hours/week - weekends, evenings, holidays
- Successfully complete required trainings

Clearwater Parks and Recreation
The city of Clearwater Parks and Recreation Volunteer Program assists with and improves city programs, services, facilities and beautification by recruiting, training and retaining volunteers from the local community. The generosity of our volunteers helps to provide the community with meaningful programs, events, and safe scenic landscapes to work, play, and live in.
Available Positions:
- Bird of Prey program (cleaning, handling birds and/or programs)
- Special event assistance
- Athletic event assistance
- Moccasin Lake Nature Park programs
- Park and beach clean ups
- Plantings
- Adopt Programs
- Invasive Species Removal
- Gardening
- Counselor in Training (CIT)
- Junior Lifeguard Program
- Coach
